      well even Jorge, first, we appreciate your business and support however, we do not appreciate you coming to our page and placing false statements. What's really happening tonight is that YOU misinterpreted the suggested tip at the bottom of the receipt (it tells you what your total would be if YOU decided to tip 15, 17, or 20%). You questioned it and I, the manager, came forward to explain that it is just a suggested tip only if you decide to leave one. Today you bought a tlayuda that costs $16.75 plus tax. I'm not sure if you know this, but Milwaukee taxes went up, maybe that's another reason you feel overburdened, but that's not a win for us, the business! Now, just to clarify, after I explained that it was simply a suggested tip, you chose to place a $2 tip on the tip line. We do not charge you that tip if you chose to leave that tip. Thank you, we appreciate you for that advice and business. Please consider removing your false accusations. The total was $18.07 tip of $2 = $20.07
