We recently had HMM complete an assessment for a mid-level management position. I was impressed with the care they took in understanding the traits necessary for success in the position we were trying to fill. The team was incredibly communicative with our candidates in terms of scheduling and what to expect during the assessment process. Once the final results were delivered, I found the detailed report and the fact they addressed the specific traits we had discussed in advance to be particularly helpful in making our decision. If you want to validate your hiring decisions, I highly recommend trusting the HMM professionals.

I did not have a positive experience at Humber, Mundie & McClary. I did not find that I was treated with respect by their staff. I especially found that their assessments are based on outdated logic, do not represent accurate understandings of modern organizational structures and are conducted by older "psychologists" from lower tier schools of psychology (as opposed to respected universities). All of the testing is done with an old-fashioned pencil and paper and much of it was clearly written in the 70's or before. In order to sustain the demand for their services, they must advise clients not to hire a certain number of candidates lest their services be deemed unnecessary. I was one of the unlucky ones, I hope you aren't.
