They fixed my mom's wedding ring which I have now. A small pearl fell out while I was on vacation and they fixed it which was two years ago. Last night, while I was making dinner, the small pearl fell out, that should never have happened.

I was recommended this place. Friendly on phone but kind of cocky in store, maybe just me. Never had a jeweler accidentally size my ring up instead of a quarter inch downespecially for the price I paid. At least she fixed it free and in 24 hours even though my ring still feels loose. I recommend them for other things than sizing.

Absolutely kind and fantastic staff! I brought my engagement ring in to be resized on a Wednesday and they had it done by Friday! Could not recommend a better place!

Amazing service and such kind staff. Took my wedding ring to get resized and got quotes from several different jewelers. All of them quoted me extremely high and gave me size estimations that probably wouldn't have fit. Diane made the perfect size recommendation, have a very fast turn around time (during the holidays too!), and gave me an extremely reasonable price quote. And she was amazing with my young girls who came with me to the shop. So pleased and will definitely return if I need any jewelry or repairs.
