Went to get my ring resized. My ring was size 7.5 and I wanted it to be 6.5. The price was about $50. Very professionally done. Place is very nice and professional. Parking is not so easy at the moment because of a construction nearby, but I suspect that by the next season the parking will be much easier.

Paks Jewelers overcharged me by $150 for something that should've cost me $50. They told me they would fix my diamond in my ring and check and tighten the rest of the diamonds for me, but I when I get home my diamonds were still shaking in my ring. I called and was respectfully asking question to why my ring wasn't properly treated the way I was explaining it would be. I was told by the "diamond setter" that they would fix the diamond, tighten the rest of the diamonds and clean my jewelry. I was told after I paid and made it home that I didn't pay for the diamonds to be tightened. When I mentioned that I was told my an associate that was part of the price, the "diamond setter" then said "yes, you can bring back and I will tighten them". Also mentioned that he had just "forgot" to tighten the rest. How does a diamond setter forgot what his job description is? He started to get upset because I was calling him out and he hung on me lol To me it seems that they're just ripping people off and "fixing" their pieces just enough, so they will have to return again soon. I've always heard negative things about this establishment, but to actually have to go through something so minor is ridiculous! I will never purchase anything out of that store and definitely won't be taking any of my items there. I can't trust this establishment. I'm honestly not sure how this place is still in business. Probably because they get over on all of the uneducated people that don't know a thing about diamonds. Piece of shit Paks is what they should be called. Just a bunch of a Jhonny Dang wanna bees with a 6X10 room that they do all of their "in house work" at lol
