The space is fantastic. The front desk is awesome. Jarred was very helpful. But Regus puts management and front desk in uncomfortable situations. Long story short, in June i five my notice and two weeks later I change my mind. But at time of sign in I had been given, without my knowledge, a Covid discount which expired in June, so my new rent was raised..20%. So I left June 30th. But now its been 5 weeks that I am waiting for the refund of my close to $800 retainer. Nobody is able to tell me if / when it has been transferred to my account. They dont even know how much and where it was transferred. They cant even give me a receipt So they told me, after my third email, that maybe I could look in my bank receipts for the name of the company. Really?! And dont forget it is MY money. A deposit. So yes, one star, because messing with people money always get you two stars.

Spaces on Water has so much potential but is horribly run/managed my Regus. One of the main reasons people rent coworking space is for wifi. Spaces went without wifi for 2-3 months. Their only solution/suggestion was for occupants to work out of other Regus locations. They also intentionally try to get additional funds out of occupants. For example, they auto opted everyone in to a monthly coffee fund and automatically began charging everyones accounts. Their payment system auto removed everyones auto payment information. Then, they told everyone if you dont go into the system and add it back, we will not credit your account or any late fees. Its just ridiculous. Excellent location, horrible horrible HORRIBLE management.
