Mayura Indian Restaurant

I did not like the service part at all. The waiter did not even say word thank during all the time while we were there. He did not even ask for drink. He assumed that we are just going to drink water. It appeared that waiter was doing a favor for us not we. Food was OK.

we (6 of us) had the worst experience at Mayura. It was the first time that we ate there just to check out a new restaurant. The food was stale. The chicken 'murgh tandoori' was actually stinking from the place. We called the waiter and asked him to take it back but to our surprise the hotel manager came to us and said that the it was not stinking and was asking who out of you all felt that it was stinking. He was very arrogant and said that that is how it is served to everyone. We still returned it. We ordered- goat biryani( they gave lamb biryani), mutton ghosh (very state, bad), chicken kadhai (state, the grevy had water floating on top of it). Veg items were somewhat ok. but overall it was a horrible experience. We spent $120 but were still hungry as we left leaving behind the food. Never ever stepping there again.

Good Indian food. Friendly staff. Decent price. Buffett is the best. Prefer this over Maharaja slightly.

Buffet was reasonably priced and server was attentive. Food, although edible, seemed bland and was quite disappointing. Definitely a no frills atmosphere. Wouldn't take a date here...not at all romantic.
