Fantastic location, and a truly superior hotel. Ample parking available (extra cost) and easy access to all of downtown. Rooms are modern, and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Mini-bar and snacks available in the room. Reception and lobby are stunning. Restaurant and bar onsite are slightly more expensive than other downtown options but well above average in quality. On-site exercise facilities are somewhat basic but sufficient for a workout while traveling. Views of downtown at night from the rooms are enjoyable. One of the better luxury stays in downtown!

Decent hotel for location and price. Parking for guests is pricy. Decent resturant. Rooms have been refurbished but feels hastily done.

First time to the intercontinental and will unfortunately be the last. Do not recommend valet or their lodging services. Used their valet services ($30) additional from $286 room fare and one of their employees stole a brand new bottle of cologne ($125) as well as a pair of sunglasses ($275). After expressing my concern to staff, I was informed that management would be addressing the matter the following day. No one reached out concerning the admission of concern. Unprofessional customer service and poor communication regarding thief from their employees.
