So Ive been a customer here for over five years. The first stylist I had was phenomenal. When she left I was on the search for somebody new. The first person I was put with was Michaelgina and she ripped me off. I was surprised by the total of the cost for my cut and color but chalked it up to inflation. After getting in my car and receiving my receipt via e-mail I saw two charges that I didnt ask for nor did she do them. She add on $55 keratin treatment that I never received before nor did I ask for nor did she ask me if I wanted it. Then I proceeded to tell her I dont have time for a style today because the appointment is running later than we anticipated and I had to pick my kiddo up from daycare. She ended up charging me $30 for a style she didnt do because we were short on time. That was an extra $85 added to my receipt. I tipped her well over the recommended 20% which included the bogus charges she put on my bill. I was furious. I was stolen from in an indirect way. I e-mailed the manager and he told me he would give me a free keratin treatment for the inconvenience she caused (this is the treatment she charged me for and didnt even give me and personally I didnt even want it done so this nice gesture was just a slap in the face). I was overcharged $100 because the tip I gave included those bogus charges. I found an Aveda salon close to me because after experiencing a dishonest stylist and then an unprofessional manager - I didnt want to give my business to a company like that. Be warned. Check your receipt before you leave, always. Im probably not the first nor the last person this will happen too. Service: Hair coloring

I had Emily she is a sweetheart. She asked questions to understand what I wanted (word of advice please take screenshots of styles you think you like on you to bring with you to help inspire her) but she understood it was my first time EVER getting my hair cut short. I was very happy. They even do (what was a surprise to me) a clean up day (which is free) so she said. If I decide I want it shorter. Or just lined up again she can do for free. Money I paid (which was $105 was well worth it) even down to the part where my hair was getting wash. I had an AMAZING HEAD MASSGE I'm glad I went here.

The Scottfree team did my bridal hairstyle, as well as hairstyles for my four bridesmaids. They were easy to communicate with as I was booking the appointments, and all of my bridesmaids were happy with their hair (a rarity!) Special shoutout to Emily Roche who ended up fitting in a last minute trial for me after my original stylist became unavailable the week of my wedding. She ended up creating the perfect look for my special day! Service: Hairstyling
