        Kind and informative when I called to set up an on-site quote. Called day-of to confirm due to lousy weather, and the phone was busy ALL day. Then, he never showed up for the quote and never called me. We drove a half hour each way to our new house that we haven't yet moved in to just to meet him for the quote, and he never showed.
