Cassidy K. was professional and knowledgeable. The assessment of our home yielded valuable information about mold in our basement carpeting as well as suggestions for removal and replacement with a hard surface flooring. Cassidy was personable and willing to answer our questions throughout the time he was in our home. I would highly recommend him as well as Environmental Initiatives. The fee was reasonable given the information we received and the thoroughness of the assessment.

Incredible. I just hung up the phone with Cassidy. I was inquiring about asbestos identification and remediation. He explained that it wasn't exactly what his company does but he gave me thorough information with how to deal with our problem. He included companies he would recommend for help and options for dealing with it ourselves. He was sensitive to our circumstances and encouraging. We chatted for 10 minutes and I felt so much better about our situation and felt equipped to address what's going on. Thank you, Cassidy for taking the time to talk with me and at no benefit to yourself. I appreciate this more than I can possibly explain!!
