Even if you come at 8a, the staff and management are still very slow and they all stand around conversing and doing really nothing in front of you. Something as simple as a TB etc shouldnt take close to an hour. They have to do better because not everyone has time to wait for them to work when its convenient for them.

Never in my life have I felt more disrespected by another individual. I called this urgent care about a medical issue and the lady who picked up kept cutting me off saying, We dont do that here not allowing me to even finish my sentence and then she hung up. If someone is calling your urgent care, theyre likely experiencing some medical complications; were already in a very vulnerable place. Im not asking for sympathy but at least respect. Healthcare is ridiculously expensive in this country and we cant even expect to receive the minimum amount of respect from healthcare workers. This place doesnt deserve a single star.

Nurse Leslie was veryyyyyyyyy rudeeeeee!!!!! Never in my life have a felt the way she made me feel! Talking to me like Im beneath her , very aggressive for no reason! Dont appreciate this or her at all!!!
