Spoke with Mrs. Gaylord-Hernandez regarding enrolling my daughter into the preschool. I received a tour and valuable information about the program and was ready to register her. I was told there were spots available, and paperwork would be emailed to me, but I never received them. I've sent a few emails to Mrs. Gaylord-Hernandez, but no returned response. My husband and I have called numerous of times and the phone just rings, nobody answers. I'm not sure what's going on, but an update would be nice instead of leaving us hanging. Very unprofessional way to handle business.

I went to this ymca when I was in grade school at GoodRich elementary. This place was awesome it would be great to reconnect with the friends I had there even during summer camp. And have made great memories
