They will wrongly send late payment notices to your credit report then tell you it was an accident and reverse it and tell you it may take up to 30 days to completely update but it won't. Your score won't go back to where it was. And also they will send another late payment notice after its paid in full theyll do it again within that 30 days. Happen to me. Still not even recovered from their first time they sent it then they sent it again 3 weeks later and a week prior I had gotten a letter confirming paid in full

Simply the very worst mortgage servicer I have ever encountered in my lengthy experience. I would literally pay a bit more just to have our mortgage moved to any other bank in the entire United States. Never have I seen a bank require such complete vigilance by customers to avoid improper penalties and outright errors. Everyone I speak to over the phone (which is becoming a weekly occurrence due to the bank's gotcha fee churning attempts and general poor communication) has been delightful and I feel just terrible for them based on the overwhelming volume of poor reviews citing experiences nearly identical to mine.

This is just to let other people know that this location is no longer an associated bank. It closed down some time ago.
