Ok, so the sandwiches aren't the best. That said, they're not terrible and the bread bowls are awesome. They also have good customer service and better coffee than anyone else nearby (though I can't speak for their specialty drinks - just coffee).
They also now have a frequent buyers card for both coffee and food, which is nice.

I'm disappointed in myself for going back as many times as I have. The concept of deli sandwiches and cheese is attractive, and it's the closest of its kind to UWM, so I guess that explains it. Every time I've been there, though, something goes wrong; they either mess up the order or the guy working the register is confrontational. And now they're forcing you to choose between getting the student discount and paying with card. None of that bothers me SO much, but when there is Koppa's a few blocks away, it really is hard to justify going to this place anymore. Koppa's Fulbeli Deli dominates the hell out of this place on every front: quality, price, atmosphere, beer, service. Go to Koppa's if at all possible, and pass on this place.
