Made an order online but the wrong item was shipped. This was due to an error in their system. They went above an beyond and overnighted the correct item as well as a return label for the wrong item. All that was done in time for my race this weekend.
Customer service that is way better than most places.

I found them a few years back when I was trying to build my own road bike and kept their info. Was using my studio bike (NordicTrack S22i) and kept breaking my clipless pedals. Saw one of The Bikesmiths' promotional emails and went to the website. Found their customer service email not knowing if anyone would respond to me. Sure enough, they responded with a recommendation for the type of clipless pedal one their employees uses as well as empathy for my situation as they were a bigger rider (over 240#), too. I bought two pairs of the pedals they recommended. I installed one of them and the ride feels more stable already. I do not know how long they will last, but the customer service The Bikesmiths showed me will keep me loyal to them for all of my biking needs. If I am shown good customer service, then I am a customer for life. They displayed that and then some.
