I always come to this store to get supplies if I feel like changing up my hair, but most often at times its to get the big bottles of shampoo/conditioner of the brand I use since nobody else really sells it nearby. A few days ago I went to the store to go buy some and when I looked the shelf only had the shampoo not conditioner. So I asked the woman working if they had anymore in stock. She responded in a somewhat irritated tone that they got a new shipment of it in but she would have to go in the back and move a bunch of boxes to get to it. Seemed like she just wasnt having it and didnt want to deal with me. So I left and just ordered it online in the parking lot. Now I had to wait a week instead of a few minutes because a typical job task is too difficult. I understand that you might have bad days working in customer service (I currently work in this field as well) but no matter what you should at least try to help customers even if it means doing extra work.

Terrible and unprofessional. All 3 ladies were at the check out, having out, and 1 of them was sitting on the counter while I was trying to check out...and she was very heavy gross.

The people here are really nice. Sarah was willing to stay a couple minutes after closing to help me get the $20 off sale with my purchase.
