Associated Bank

Service is slow and that's because they are understaffed. They should hire more people. Then you can't rely too much on their online banking because it's always down. I will probably just close my account here. :(

Okay I'm fine walking through a metal detector, I'm mean really it IS a bank. So I go to cash a check from a business account. They ask for ID. That's fine too. Then she steps away to verify check. All good! Then she goes and is speaking to ?? Comes back and needs more ID. I give her a credit card. Not feeling good about then having my card I requested it back to provide a different state issued form of ID. She comes back after a few more minutes. Says she will cash it. Starts putting out $20's I requested $100's. Another woman comes to the window telling me that THE BANK has NO larger bills and that I could go to a different back if I choose. I said no to that; and am still surprised that a BANK doesn't have $50s or $100's!! To be CLEAR, the check I cashed was NOT must!! A BANK shoild have money, and different denominations of said money!! I walk out with a Thick stack that made me very uncomfortable in the area besides the bulk. Protect your back and put a target on the customer? Smh That Heaven for LANDMARK!!

Slow service. We waited 1/2 hour to add my brother to my safe deposit box and then they told us that it would take another 1/2 hour before anyone could help us. There was only one other customer in the bank. It looked like the banker was multi- tasking at our expense. Slow, indifferent service. One star.

They really need more employees waiting over an hour so far just to get a replacement card
