        I never leave reviews of bad service. I am in the service industry and know that it is all subjective and that many factors contribute to an experience. However, I was just yelled at with profanities by an employee who was stating how mad he was for the customer before me ordering 5 breakfast sandwiches. He ranted that they didn't even deserve a bag... So, as I was getting snapped at I politely asked the employee not to take it out on me. That didn't go over well. Of course I did not feel comfortable letting them prepare food I was going to eat, so I went somewhere else to spend my money. The employee actually threatened me when I told him I wasn't going to allow him to be disrespectful me.

        Love their bagel recipe but the service is really slow at lunch. And the bagels aren't well stocked or very fresh.
