Bad warranty system management and general lack of common sense. Went in to exchange a set of batteries (2 group 65) for a dual battery diesel. I was told that one of them had already been warrantied already and I could only replace one of them. They insisted that I had one replaced already even when I pointed out that both batteries had the same build date sticker on them which is a clear indicator that they were bought used and brought in as a set. This did not compute with the staff The staff showed me what was coming up on their screen and the mix up was apparent. I explained that I had previously exchanged a battery for another vehicle about 9 months prior and the clerk at the time could not figure out the computer system. In that instance it took about an hour, a few phone calls to his manager and a lot of frustration on their end to get it done. The clerk at that time did not do an exchange on the correct transaction and instead listed one of the batteries in the set I brought in as the warranty item. This did not compute with the staff either. I used to shop this location because it was convenient to pick up fluids, non essential parts and their East Penn made house brand batteries. All of which you can find at Walmart cheaper. It ended up being cheaper for me to buy 2 east Penn made group 65 batteries with the same specs at Walmart ($100 cheaper per battery!) than it would have been to exchange the single O'Reilly's battery and purchase another.

I needed a windshield wipper. I bought one and the gentleman changed it for me!!
