I cant say enough about Julie Morgan. A very personable, knowledgeable, thorough and professional individual. Julie doesnt do just your common beeping frequency testing. Its much more involved with voice recognition, words, sentences and static. If youre looking for a hearing test/and consultation, I recommend 100% Julie is your person

Julie Morgan has exceeded our expectationsvery pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to the concerns of my 91 yr old mother. The exam was very thorough and she gave my mother some important tips on the use/care of her hearing aids.

As an owner of a company, customer service is of very important to me.
When I first met Kenneth Rhodes, his professionalism and knowledge was evident. He has a very likable manner and showed great concern for helping improve my hearing condition. I had seen two other audiologists in the past. After my experience with Kenny, I will not be going anywhere else. He is truly one of the good ones. I would steal him away from Elite Hearing, if I could.
