Waited 3 hours after they made me buy a phone because they said my Verizon phone was not compatible, then told me the phone they gave me wont work. To make it even better the told me I would have to ship the phone they made me buy that wont work to a warehouse for exchange. Horrible! Do not shop here ever!!!

If I could give -1 I would. Have to talk to human to cancel service. Waited 30 mins for something I should be able to do online. Used only 1 week of internet service during last billing cycle, but told I had to pay for entire month no prorating. This is a criminal enterprise. I've dealt with this for 30 yrs in Milwaukee, worst firm I have ever done business with by far.
