Not sure what happened but I initially talked to one of them (Phebus I believe) and was told he could help with a work comp injury claim. He told me the percentage they would get paid. He was going to send me the papers to sign that day. I waited a few days and followed up. Was told they were really busy but theyre working on them and they'd email them by the end of the day. Waited again. Called a few times, left messages, no call back. Finally talked to a female receptionist(?) who said she was working on my papers and would be getting them out to me. Waited again. Couple days I call back she said the atty wanted to talk to me and he has my number and would be calling by the end of the day. NO CALL! My life got busy I let it go. Still needing a lawyer I call back probly 4 months later and was talked to by Arellano I believe as if they have already explained to me that they werent taking my case and treated me as if I was "being a nuisance" er sumthin. I was taken aback by this guys rude demeanor towards me. I dont know how I had such a pleasant conversation to begin with that turned into a complete sh!tshow but it did. It was extremely bizarre. I feel like it was Phebus who said they would take the case and Arellano who said they wouldnt. So Idk what happened internally but something went awry and for whatever reason Phebus obviously just did not want to be the one to tell me they weren't going to help me. Not very upstanding nor credible attorneys.
