I had an opportunity to have Natura Clean for 2+ years as our cleaning team in our home. I was impressed with the green cleaning techniques and the living wage paid to employees. Plus, it is a woman-founded and owned business, which is great! Over time, I noticed the quality of the cleaning went from good to mediocre. When I voiced my feedback, I was told by the owner, via email, that I was overreacting. So, I stopped providing feedback, honored the contract, and then parted ways. Despite multiple attempts (via email, to the owner Kris Koenig) to retrieve my house key, the company has not returned our house-key even though our last cleaning was mid-January 2020. I would appreciate it greatly if it could be returned as soon as possible.
