        Edit: After living here for while, yes, I've had a couple of disagreements with the leasing staff. However, it's all been minor (aside from the move in debacle) and ultimately no harm done. If I request maintenance, it's usually pretty quick. I do wish the residents would stop flushing whatever to make them have to turn the water off.

        I have been here for more than a year and I like it. My son loves it here, he enjoys taking walks, the pool and I like it that it has a fitness center. The staff are so helpful.

        Been here only a short time but love my apt so quiet and cant wait till this coming summer maintance is so nice abd grown are keep up perfect

        I've lived here very comfortably for about eight years now. The grounds are beautiful. I love the little lake and the lighted fountains, along with the waterfowl and other wildlife that visit. The office staff is the friendliest and most responsive team I've ever rented from. This is an older place than some and the maintenance team (some of whom live here, too) gets right on it and take good care of the apartments, etc. There are two swimming pools and a dog park here. They even have a fully furnished model one-bedroom that also serves as guest accommodations for people visiting residents. There is a nice fitness center here, as well. (I don't use it myself, but lots of folks do!) I don't anticipate leaving Arbor Lakes anytime soon.
