        Management is extremely incompetent. Terribly dirty shop and the filtration systems are not taken care of. There is no communication and problems are ignored. Half of the welders were broken, broken tools, broken machines. There are multiple reviews across many websites you can read about their rude and disrespectful HR staff. Never seen a company treat emloyees so bad, avoid working here.

        HR was decent, however, it's atmosphere is toxic as far as attitudes: management does not maintain accountability of themselves nor staff... Overtime was decided on a whim of whenever a supervisor dictated it (i.e. the hour before the end of the shift: daily). Work was delegated to employees that were less liked rather than more capable and disrupted the workflow. Daily objectives were unspecified and withheld from the staff until the last hour, leaving staff with little ability to predict the goals and timeliness of said tasks. Creativity and ingenuity were immensely discouraged even at the sake of the company itself. On the plus side the benefits are probably around a 6/10!
