Casey K is one of the best insurance people out there. I have known him for well over a decade and he has never been anything but 5 Stars. He is a caring, high energy individual that cares about his clients 100%. The big difference for me is that regardless if AmFam is the best price or not which most times they aren't, Casey MORE than makes up for that with his over the top attention to detail, care and passion for the business that to me being a very frugal person, is well worth it's weight in gold!

We had a comprehensive review of our current homeowner and auto policy's with Casey from American Family Insurance in Mequon , Wisconsin on June 7, 2022. He did an excellent job of explaining the coverage we have currently as well as offering suggestions for future coverage. He answered all our questions and encouraged us to call if future questions or concerns come up. This is a very professional office and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love American Family! Casey has been the best agent out there and has been there every time I need help or need to change something. Everyone has been very helpful and I wont be going to anyone else with any insurance need! Highly recommend them!

We have a great relationship with the agency. I feel I can call at any time and get all my questions and concerns handled. Our original agent, Rick Bojar, retired and to be honest we have not spoken with our new agent but, we know Casey Kurtz, the office manager, will always take great care of us
