        The H&R Bloch office in Menomonee Falls, WI lost critical original documents incl. two Soc. Sec. reports and three 1099 forms on our investments. We have no peace of mind with our retirement.

        My tax preparation is probably simple enough to do on my own, but the tax preparers at H&R Block provide me the confidence that my forms are filled out correctly and that I am not missing out on new changes for the current tax year.
