I am in the Menomonee Falls area... Found them on Google as being near me. Hired the firm to do a "Weed & Feed" on the yard to improve the grass and to kill off the Dandelions which were plentiful from last owner. During application he had an "equipment malfunction" and told me about it. He had to take a blower and try to disperse the extra fertilizer that had fallen in piles all over my lawn. Now I have burn stripes all over the lawn, some rather large. I called him 5 days ago to ask what he could do... said he would come by. 5 days later, NOTHING...I have not seen him or heard from him. Certainly, nothing has been done to try and repair the damage. Also, the dandelions wilted for two days and then came back in force... like they had been fertilized. I had to do my own spraying w Weed B Gone to ward off the dandelions. This is a one or two man operation... not a large firm. Communication is lacking... does not respond to text, voice mail full.
