As an architecture consultant, I came into this role excited to contribute, only to have my hopes dashed within a week and a half. The first issue arose with the desk they assigned me. It was positioned in a location that offered absolutely zero privacy. Passersby were a constant distraction, and the noise level from other workers was unbearable. I found it nearly impossible to focus on my tasks amidst this chaos. Seeking a solution, I requested a new desk location, hoping for a workspace that would allow me to actually get some work done. This seemingly reasonable request was met with hostility. The manager, in a video call, berated me for having the audacity to ask for a better working environment. Instead of addressing the issue, I was blamed for having "too much stress on the manager." The final straw came when, after a second attempt to rectify my workspace situation through the admin, I was told that letting me go would be easier than fixing the problem I had brought to their attention. Fired for wanting a conducive work environment? It was the height of absurdity. My time at Kohl's Corporate was not just unproductive; it was degrading. The lack of concern for employee well-being and the outright dismissal of legitimate concerns make this a company I would strongly advise against working for. Save yourself the headache and stress, and look elsewhere for employment where your needs are at least considered. Kohl's Corporate in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, has a long way to go in treating its employees with the basic respect they deserve.

I called 800 number, got verified by giving birthday, social and name. Told me she had to transfer. Ok, get new rep, give birthday, social, and name. Told me she had to transfer. What else is going on this crazy company that is not being seen, yikes.

I have $21.14 in Kohl's cash coupons. Problem is, I was hospitalized for a month during the time they were valid. I went to the Kohl's near me and was told "sorry, nothing I can do". I even showed my hospital papers! That Kohl's won't honor these coupons due to extenuating circumstances is horrible. I'm 80 years old, have shopped at Kohl's for several years, but no more. You should be ashamed!! Not an ounce of compassion!

Kohl's has changed quite a bit over recent years, however I know a lot of businesses have- especially since the pandemic. The stores continue to be very well-organized, well-stocked, aesthetically pleasing, and lots of selection. One thing I am noticing is that the sales are not as good as they used to be, and you used to be able to stack coupons. That is not the case anymore....which is frustrating as Kohl's was always known as a great place with quality selection and lots of deals/sales. Update January 2024: While the sales are not as good- you do build Kohl's cash quicker because you are paying more. I went from 4 to 5 stars because of the holiday customer service, quick processing and shipping of online orders, and ease of returns/exchanges!

Cannot believe they added Carter's to their excluded brands for coupons. Their whole business model is having everything overpriced because then they have sales and coupons. I am a mom of soon to be 4 and have shopped at kohls for as long as I can remember- shopping with my mom when I was younger. I now have been shopping for my own kids there. Their biggest clientele are moms and women. Carter's is one of the most bought brands for babies at that store. It is such a bad decision on their part. I left without buying a single item because of this. The guy next to me was trying to buy a vacuum but they also just recently added floor devices to excluded items for coupons, and so he said no to it. I also have bought my vacuums and my carpet cleaner there using a coupon. No longer will be purchasing any of these items from kohls again. So sad. Kohls is going to be the next store gone.
