My opinion here. I go between Theda Care and here for different medical stuff and Affinity seems that be stuck about 10 years behind Theda Care in technology. Facilities here are a little dated. They do not link up with Theda care for patients history. Service not as good up front. Nurses can be below average as far as service either place. Same with Doctors. This is a facility only review.

The doctors, nurses, and support staff are all wonderful and caring. My only complaint (in a separate review) was about the failure of communication due to a new computer system.

Luke Menet was so awesome!! It is so refreshing to have a great customer service experience. He was very attentive and gave me an opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed. He also suggested some things that would be helpful in the future to prevent me getting sick in the future, being that I am new to the area (vitamins). If I could give him 10 stars I would. He's a keeper, don't let go of him!!
