        Everyone has always been super nice here. Today, one of the staff did a blood draw on one of my teens, and we were able to have it done on location-so convenient! The staff member that did the blood test was one of the nicest we had ever had. We were impressed!

        MD Hupp is great, but the clinic seems understaffed and other stuff not as knowledgeable. Weve had to make multiple trips for the same ailment. A little frustrating.

        9 years as a patient. My kids threw my meds out by mistake . Treated like a child when I called to have them refilled. Only in the end to have to go through withdrawals because my doctor of 9 years sided with a nurse over her patient!!!! Complaints are filed . So disappointing. In response....please use common sense. Case by case basis. There are no laws that prohibit refilling my prescriptions . Your stubborn ego cost you business. Do us all a favor and whom ever is responding. At least have the guts to put a name and title to it. I know you are not the owner of the clinic....!!! Wow!!!

        I see the NP - Emily Weiss. She literally changed my life. I've changed my lifestyle to be healthy for the first time in years - and they are VERY open about any women's health issues. It is always clean and the support staff is very friendly.
