Wells Lakeside Cottages

1950's revisited, fun, relaxing, great Nature scenery. 4 star because of price, but wouldn't keep us away.

I called a few days in advance and Steve said he didn't have a pontoon available for rent as they were all booked up. He asked if I wanted to be put on a waiting list and thankfully a person didn't show up so I was able to get a boat for half the day! We didn't catch much fishing but being able to get the boat and have some fun on the lake was great. He let my dog come on the boat and didn't charge extra for her as long as I cleaned up after her. (She didn't do anything on the boat except lay down the entire time and drank a lot of water lol) But I had a roll of paper towels ready in case the dog did make a mess. The boat was older but it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Plenty of room where my daughter, brother, the dog, and I weren't tripping over each other or getting our lines tangled up. My only complaint was the fish finder was not working properly. I didn't care about the finding aspects of it, but it would have been great to know the depth so I didn't mess up the motor. (I did not mess anything up!!) I texted him as soon as I noticed. I will definitely rent from Wells Lakeside Cottages again. Steve was a really nice person to do business with.

Rented a pontoon from here twice, never stayed over. Pontoons were fun! The owners are friendly and helpful! Decent prices and the location is pretty good too. I plan on getting pontoons from here fairly often!
