Horrible company. Paid my bill, it went through my bank, 2 days later got an overdue notice. They say I have 2 bills on the same account......WHAT???? How do they get away with that???? How do you give one account 2 bills with different amounts due and then not tell the consumer?????? Oh but they said the way i have to pay my bill is to call it in on this certain day!!!!! Who does this????? I have a life, I am not just sitting around waiting for a certain day to come every month so that I can call Figi’s to oay my bill.....I asked them what happen to mailing a bill, i write a check, put a stamp on it and mail it, they said, “thats not the way we do things” ...........terrible company
