        Super nice staff! Craftsman tools YES!!! Went to look at & price appliances & snowblowers. Found great deal on new vacuum could not pass on. Almost went home with a really nice patio set the 18" of snow outside prevented it. For now

        Terrible customer service. The lady working behind the counter is genuinely unhelpful and not willing to help. Ordered something online that is well over a week late and was supposed to be shipped to store. She wouldnt even bother looking it up. Go somewhere else if you want decent customer service and pricing. They wont get my business anymore.
