The" streets of Markesan " was so interesting! From the barbershop to the bank, dentist, movie theater, kitchen all so original. Even had a depot shack from Utley mine! The next building was a huge building full of farming tractors, tools, everything you would use on a farm including a full size horse and buggy. The next building was the original train depot...inside was a old school room and what the depot from the olden days looked like! Wonderful! Lots of hard work went into this museum!!!!

Very well done. Was great to work with. Gave many old family things that showed Markesan history to them.
