        I had them put new tires on my ebike. I was grateful for their speedy service and fair price. However, he made comments about my off brand bike and seemed to readily discount it's quality because it came from Amazon. I knew it was going to cost more to replace the tire because how it is made. That's why I took it here. I wanted it done right. This bike was a gift from my brother and it means the world to me. Sorry it was not a popular brand name. I do own a Specialized and Schwinn as well. Again, I appreciate their speedy service, so it's three stars for that. However, feeling less than welcomed, I won't go back.

        I took my bike in to have tree spokes replaced. It took 2 weeks to get my bike back.
