Scrubs & Beyond

I was worried about this place after reading the google reviews, but they have a new manager and new team as of the last 6 months I think. The managers name is janette reed. She was very helpful. I was there about a week ago and the 2 people who were working that day were also very helpful.

As a newbie to the medical field, I went in with no idea what I wanted. The workers (I didn't ask their names) were very patient and helped me find exactly what I wanted. They were very polite and helpful, and I love how late you guys stay open. It's the biggest reason I chose Life Uniform over other uniform stores in Madison. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I was called on Monday that my uniform were finally in and I come to pick them up today (Thursday) and was told they weren't in. When I asked the situation be figured out, the sales person said "I don't know where they're at. If you want it figured out wait here until noon thats when the manager might be in, I dont know this isn't my store"...........It was 10. It was a complete headache ordering uniforms in the first place even though it was the EXACT order I have previously put in. Horrible customer service.

Employees are nice but I've had similar problems. I was told it would take a week to embroider something but it took just over two.
