        I have never seen a company devalue, underpay, and humiliate it’s employees more than G4S Secure Solutions. As a spouse of an employee I am beyond frustrated by the way this company takes advantage of its workers, sometimes illegally in violation of the FLSA. Furthermore the turnover rate is so high because upper management is unwilling to pay employees as much as competitors, which causes them to fail to fulfill their contractual obligations. This is especially prevalent during emergencies and disasters when there’s a higher staffing need by many clients. In other words, they won’t be there for you when you need them most.
