Closed permanently, however still listed on Google, and on their own website. Drove all the way there to find it closed and empty. UPDATE your information!

Was really disappointed to see this Arby's has closed and not just temporarily. The signs are down and it is completely vacant. Was always my favorite place to go to get something different. Bummer.

Placed a order online to pick it up, using Estreet. Drove to the restaurant to pick up my order. Pulled up to the speaker as the lights were off in the lobby and I was concerned that the place was closed. Explained that I had placed an online order to pick it up, and while I knew it wasn't ready, I just wanted to let the know I was there. After explaining again at the window that I knew it wasn't ready and I would wait. Was asked if I was sure I had placed my order for pick up not delivery, yes, and it's ok if it's not ready I'll wait. Was told they were out of shake mix and was handed 2 bags and a drink. Got Home to missing 2 items, everything cold and grossly hard. Threw it all away.

We both really enjoyed our sandwich, and I would have enjoyed the warm and crispy curly fries more if the cheese l ordered had made it to the bag!

Service was polite and quick but the food was not very good. My curly fries were fresh but my mozzarella sticks were definitely not.
