        Absolutely no respect for the patient's time. Minimum time for a routine appointment will take 1.5 to 2 hours. Today my wife waited over 1 hour for the doctor after her eyes were dilated. She was left in an exam room by herself, no contact with anyone to update her or give a reason for the delay.
