        Kat helped me get my frame and lenses ordered. Whole process was very fast and efficient, thank you! I had picked out my frames before but didn't have the time to get them ordered. Kat greeted me when I came in and helped answer some questions I had. Overall, great experience for my first time here. Much appreciated!

        I was a couple minutes late to my appointment and I called to let them know and they said yes I should still be able to get seen. I got there 5 minutes after I called and no one bothered to say Hi or if I needed help until 10 minutes later they said I was not able to be seen because the doctor wanted to head out. I understand late policys but I believe I would have been able to be seen if they would have been able to greet me sooner rather than 10 minutes after. The doctor wanted to head out so does that mean the doctor would have gotten up and left during my appointment. It was going to be my first time here but never again.

        Marcia & the entire staff at this store - continually impress me with their expertise & assistance with my vision! I have followed Marcia for many years .. starting from East Towne & now to West Towne. I gladly drive the additional 35 minutes out of my way - as the experience is always incredibly amazing! The optometrist helped me immensely in determining need for an urgent referral .. which allowed me to be quickly seen by an ophthalmologist. They in turn .. helped me to get much needed Cataract surgery. I am continually referring others here & do so confidently- as you are treated with respect & as an individual. Go nowhere else - these people really understand treating a customer right & embrace quality .. over quantity. Frame selection is great too - quality brands that dont cost a fortune.. yet look like a million bucks!

        Jesse was my sales associate. He was amazing at calculating all of my insurance coverage and any additional discounts that were available to me. He also was a wonderful communicator and chose a very beautiful and stylish frame for me. So please with the service I received!
