Terribly disrespectful front staff. Disrespectful of patients time. I have never waited less than 45 minutes past appt time in the waiting room despite coming early for my appt as they suggest. Dr. not good either. Wishy washy doctors. Very very frustrating.

Very positive experience - both the eye exam and the help with new lenses/frames! Prompt, comprehensive, friendly!

One of the most efficient UW Clinics. Great staff. By far our favorite in the long list of clinics we visit.

Will never go here again. I needed surgical correction of an eye issue and the doctor refused to do it. I went to two other eye surgeons who agreed correction needed to be done and would do i . Doctor's nurse was very rude and spoke over me. I reached out to their patient services person to resolve my complaint before writing a public one, but she never returned my calls. Update: They called me in response to this review. I called and left several and never heard back. Great customer service!
