I was given this phone number from another facility who doesn't take my insurance. I called several times over 3 days and not one time did they ever answer the phone. So obviously I will not be becoming a patient of this facility because I can't even schedule an appointment!! No wonder why mental health issues have skyrocketed--no one can get the care they desperately need!! I absolutely cannot believe I was blocked from getting care simply because the desk person flat out refused to answer the phone.

I couldn't be more pleased. I've been going here for many years. Dr. Berendes has helped myself and my family ..he goes above and beyond always. Since posting the above review... everything has changed. Dr Berendes has left. I can't believe how disrespectful this clinic has been. I had trouble connecting to a Doxy appointment and then my chart was closed.... essentially I was fired as a patient. This after more than a dozen years with his clinic. What a shame. No wonder my trusted respected provider left this slip shot company

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago for a check-in so I can continue receiving my regular medication (you have to see the doctor once a year or they stop authorizing refills). I was billed for the medication management and also psychotherapy. No psychotherapy occurred during this visit. I called yesterday to cancel my November appointment because I can't afford $300/month when half of it is for services I'm not receiving. Today I received a call that they're going to close my chart. I basically just paid $300 for them to keep it open so I can get my meds, and now they're trying to close it because I'm not having monthly appointments?? What a racket.

I've been a patient here for 12 years and I've been seeing Dr. Vasey that whole time. I would recommend him 100%. He thinks outside the box when needed and is so kind and caring to his patients. He has always been there for me and helpful in every situation. Thank you Dr. Vasey and thank you MPA.
