        When I contacted Maureen to inquire about a Medical Supplement Policy she responded immediately to my inquiry and answered all of my questions with clarity and ease of understanding for me. I felt no need to make any decision quickly or outside of my own comfort zone. She simply told me to call her if I had more I wanted to discuss. I did call her back after considering the information that she had given me and it was easy for me to make my decision for the policy I would want to make application for.
