Maharani Indian Restaurant

I love the food, service, and ambiance. I ordered chef special naan, cheese Naan and samosa. I requested to customize the Naan, and it was cooked until perfection. You can have Naan with any curry, but don't forget to try with their assorted chutney. I loved all their 3 chutney and Naan combinations, and trust me, this will be the best combination you have ever tried. I have tried Naan in different restaurants but never liked as much as this one. Will definitely come back and recommend others. Vegetarian options: There are a bunch of vegetarian options in the menu, and the menu is wast, so you have a lot of opinions in all categories.

worst indian restaurant in all of madison!! rudest employees ive ever seen, the woman who seems to run the place treats customers like absolute garbage! dont go here unless you want mean spirited people hosting your restaurant experience

I seldom write reviews, but my several visits to Maharani compels me to share our familys distressing experience. From the moment we entered, we were met with a level of indifference and coldness that Ive never encountered before. The staff, exhibited not just poor customer service, but an alarming degree of discrimination and rudeness. Our attempt to address minor concerns was met with dismissive behaviour. More so, my parents, who deserved nothing but respect, were treated with disdain and disrespect. This experience was not only humiliating but deeply disappointing. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable, and the behavior of Maharanis staff was utterly deplorable. Its disheartening to see such attitudes in todays world, and I urge potential patrons to consider the values they support before dining here. I had hoped for a good time with my family, only to be reminded of the unfortunate reality that such discriminatory and disrespectful behaviour still exists.
