This place is now called Monona . A cheap banner covers up the former name of the hotel They have ZERO clue what they are doing. Check in took over one hour and I was eventually given keys to a used room- OMG ( they didn't even apologize but acted rather surprised and of course gave us another room. 1 paid for 2 rooms on line and they insisted I only had one even though I had a receipt for the 2 rooms. To sort out that mess was a nightmare ( they did sort it out - their error of course as I had the receipt to prove it - but frankly it should have never happened in the first place) Elevator was broken so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs throughout our stay with our luggageBreakfast was grossDisappointed.

The Comfort Inn was able to get me in on short notice and is so far providing a wonderful stay! The hotel and rooms look so modern that I assumed it was a brand new building. The rooms are comfy, modern, and clean. Griffin at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly which provided a nice welcome after a long day! Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More
