While the doctors and nurses were commendable for their kindness and professionalism, our interactions with the scheduling staff at the front desk were consistently disappointing. The individuals were often abrupt, ending phone calls prematurely and showing reluctance to assist with booking appointments during times of illness for myself and my family member. Moreover, their approach to inquiries felt unnecessarily interrogative. Regrettably, there was also a palpable sense of discrimination towards those who are not native English speakers.

Very bad experience.awful care. Never responds to your messages and calls. Dr. Johnson nurse Shannon is awwwful. My son had respiratory infection and after seeing in ER he was supposed to follow up with primary care if not improving and I requested for an appointment and she said to go back to ER.The nursing staff is very racist. Its not at all a good clinic for people of color.

I have seen my PCP here, as well as attended for various other appointments. They have always been timely, courteous, and professional.

My experience in this clinic varied greatly. My PCP Dr Shannon is so kind, patient and respectful. She took time to answer my questions, hear my concerns, and give thoughtful suggestions. I truly feel I was cared and heard. My childrens pediatrician, unfortunately, was always over-confident and authoritative. I felt forced us to get treatments that I was uncomfortable with. She always asked us to wait when my children had chronic disease, which led to bigger problems. I love the efficiency of scheduling and super kind front desk check-in staff. However, the clinic has some serious issues with diversity and inclusion, and it seems patients and providers of color left quite often. It is extremely rare to see any POC in the clinic. My children and I have experienced multiple discriminatory incidents over the last two years. I would strongly recommend that you find another clinic, if you or your family is a patient of color.
