This is a great place. But please change the guy who answers the phone. He's kind of dumb and makes a simple thing of wanting to be transferred into like you're being interrogated

I waited an hour and a half in a room, AFTER a 3 hour echocardiogram while being pregnant to see the doctor that I never ended up seeing!
One time a nurse came back and said the doctor was running late but that was in the first 20 minutes and we still waited and waited and eventually left because well hello I was pregnant!

It a very nice place for all sorts of outpatient services from some surgeries to DR's appointments related to surgery

My daughter and I have real medical difficulty wearing masks. We were bullied, harrassed, and I was threatened with removal from the facility (while my daughter was in surgery), by the receptionist and various nurses on the floor. This facility does not care about your health. They only care about complying with the covid agenda. They are in direct violation of the exemptions laid out by the CDC, ADA, and the Dane County mask mandate in their enforcement of their own mask rules and requirements. I called and left multiple messages attempting to speak with staff to help them understand those of us with exemptions and was never contacted in return. I will be filing a complaint against this facility with the ADA and will be reporting their poor healthcare practices to the Dane County Health Commissioner. If you have the choice, you should absolutely steer clear of the SSM Health system.
