I would never recommend them. Basically all I got was a sales pitch. No explanation on my hearing loss. Spent five minutes with me then pulled out a hearing aid and said this is the one I should get. Their brand new top of the line hearing aid for over $6500. When I said their was no way I could afford that and asked about something less expensive she told me they have one that was over $3500. I asked what other options I had and she said that was it, only those two, nothing else would work. She was not there to help someone with hearing loss find something that would work best for their needs. She was just there to sell a high priced product. I ended up going somewhere else that day, was given lots of helped and we worked together to find what would work for me.
