If you ate here this summer you were probably overcharged. Their sign says $3.00 for a hotdog, but I was charged $3.50. They also overcharged us on a couple of lemonades. The employees seemed annoyed that we wanted to be charged the amount listed on the sign, and we had to talk to three people before they begrudgingly gave us back some change. (Note that they do charge courtesy fee for paying with cards, but that charge was a separate line item on the receipt, and unrelated to the misrepresented prices.) I don't mind spending an extra 50 cents on a hotdog, just fix the damn sign.

Very busy, but service was friendly, fast, and efficient. Great food and killer custard. I'm so happy this Madison favorite is back!

This Michael's location holds a special place in my family's heart. They have incredible & friendly staff who often go beyond just a great experience & turn it into a true community connection.
My neighbor, my daughter & I have visited multiple times (via powerchair due to various disabilities) and travel through the Arboretum. Truly a magical & tasty treat all summer long
